We offer yoga classes to help you relax. We have beginners and masters classes. You can choose which class to attend depending on your experience in doing yoga. If you will join the basic classes, you will not be required to try the difficult poses. You will also have several yogis providing assistance during the class.
Keep your body grooving with the intense zumba class. We have a zumba instructor who creates an hour-long zumba routine for you. The choreography is a combination of various Latin dances, hiphop, jazz and K-pop. Get ready to shake your body and sweat like crazy when you join this class.
If you are not quite ready to take zumba, you can join the basic cardio exercise class. It allows you to enjoy the basic cardio moves that will still make you sweat. The goal is for you to stay physically active without straining your Quick Wins.
We provide one-on-one boxing training which combines basic boxing and Muay Thai techniques. You will be partnered with an expert who will guide you during the training. Be ready to punch and kick hard.
Do you love carrying weights? You can step it up by dancing while carrying weights. You can adjust the weight to carry depending on how heavy you can afford to lift. The good thing is that you will even forget that you are carrying weights because you are having fun with the choreography.
This is a group boxing class. You are doing boxing moves and poses plus a combination of various kicks. It is like boxing while dancing. You are not sparring with anyone, but you will still enjoy doing it.
Focus on your abs with the abs training class. You will try various poses and moves that focus on your core. You need to prepare yourself since this class could get intense.
